Its in reference to a former user that was a loony.
You wont know this but he was a user with low social and cognitive skills,who as a loner was desperate to interact with others on NSC through the art of trolling even if it was to receive negative recognition.
Poor sad bloke even invented other profiles like falmer and included inventing his own Spanish girlfriend..
Fortunately he was exposed and banned,which is the best thing NSC could have done for him. Hopefully he or she used that ban in a positive way and decided to seek better professional help with regard to his mental issues than he/she was receiving at that time.
Anyway, its before your time as joining NSC so its clear there is no way you could know about this socially inept weird bloke.
And if my memory serves me rightly claimed to have cured his brain tumour by using cannabis !

Please can you do that thing you used to do where you had two or more of your accounts talking to "each other"and backing each other up.
