The quality of rumour mongering has gone through the roof recently. First there was Tevez's strike partner at Boca and his midfield maestro team mate and now Ashley Cole, the former best left back in the world. We'd never have had these rumours last season.

If they all come off, I think the traffic to this board may break the data centre NSC is hosted in...

Money's not important to Ashley is it?
Blimey with that are you suggesting Ashley will be looking at his next contract in the same way he viewed his treatment 10+ years ago?

He'd be a decent acquisition on the pitch I suspect.
But I wouldn't want him because he's a complete and utter PRICK and Hughton managed to rid us of that sort of CJTC in the summer (Yes, Kemy, I'm talking about you).
Togetherness and spirit > talent.

Agree with your first point.

But you think he'd take a huge pay cut to come to us after what it's believed he earned at Roma? Why do you think that, do you know him or his agent or something?

A

This....I don't think there's a cat in hells chance Cashley will be coming to the Amex. And if that is the case this thread has probably been a waste of space.

maybe he just likes playing football, strangely some footballers do you know and he could pick up a little small change while doing so

Although he does talk very highly of you.

very unlikely that it will happen, but personally would love to see another class ex-england international grace the blue & white stripes – just as much I did with Dawson & bridge

Ashley Cole – as stated by other posts was regarded at one point as the worlds no 1 left back

The anti-cole types (in terms of personal rather than talent) are Arsenal cry-babies look at the cups, titles, medals he won since level AFC

The other media anit-cole stuff is tabloid driven guff – headed by Piers Morgan (arse & arsenal fan) and the fact he did the dirty on the x factor lovey “our-cheyrol”

We can be top of The Championship but in all honesty if anyone thinks that Cashley Hole is considering a loan move to us then it's time for your check up.

I suspect the bigger issue is that he is unlikely to be match fit, and we need a left back on Saturday.

What exactly marks him out as '' a complete and utter PRICK '' as opposed to a lot of other players ?

If you were knocking off Cheryl Cole (and I know you wouldn't be as you are a 100% Konnie man) then it would be a bit dumb, to put it mildly, to slip a length to a hairdresser.

As he's out of work (I think) at the moment, presumably, like BZ, it would be a fair few weeks before he was up to speed to actually kick a ball in anger. If CH is as anxious as one or two on here to get Rosenior back to RM, I guess the bloke from WBA might be the preferred (and probably the more realistic!) choice. Any news on that particular front?
