Funny thing is, that people said similar when Tommy Elphick was sold to Bournemouth.
Same thing as what? When he was sold, people were saying something like 'he's 4th choice, let him go'. I'm not saying that about March. He's young and talented and we should hold on to him. I'm just saying that I don't think he's 3rd choice at the moment.

We've rejected him once , let him ply his trade at a lower level .

Okay, got it. So basically what you MEANT to write, was "I have absolutely no idea whether Solly March is any good, or not".

I don't rate him that's all . We've got better at under 21 level .

You still haven't answered the question, as to the extend of the research that has helped you formulate this insight.

He's played in about three televised games in his life (one of which was the recent England U21 game, where he was the best attacking player on the pitch), and I presume you don't have an Amex season ticket?

That's all well and good, but you need to sort out your spacing of a full stop.

I'm here to help.

Who are the better wingers you've got at under 21 level?

Is it time for someone to tell his agent to stop playing silly bu88ers?

This, completely. Premier League defenders would eat him ALIVE. Being left-footed might get you into the England Under-21's, but you really need to have a wee bit more than that. Like others have said, one decent 30 minutes that was worthy of MoM is about all he's shown this season. It's something solid to build on, but his agent is doing him no favours touting him WAY out of his depth.

Like Fabio de Silva for instance.

For sure March had him in his pocket for the entire second half. But the first half was the usual litany of soft hospital passes to a colleague, only difference was it was Bong on the receiving end instead of Bruno. I guess Hughton probably told him at half time to stop trying to pass the ball and to run with it instead.

No, they aren't. One good half in 18 months and three prem teams are thinking of paying MILLIONS and MILLIONS for him?

Yeah. Right. What a load of gash.

Sullay kaikai ( remember the name ) scored on his debut against the toon last season . A added interest for me is he went to my old school in beckenham ( not Croydon ) .

Couldn't you just take him and keep him in your League Cup squad? You know, the one you keep all the failed/ordinary players in so they can have a little run out against fourth division teams when you need to rest the good ones? He and Dwight Gayle could become great mates.

Bit early to pronounce him better. How much have you seen of Solly, and what positions have you seen him play?

Solly March came oh-so-close to notching a second as he sent a sublime chip over the head of USA stopper Zack Steffen that looked a goal the whole way. Unfortunately for March, and England, the ball struck the far post and bounced away to safety. (See it at 3:10 in the video below)
