I don't agree with Fox Hunting as a sport...but when working on a farm I saw a fox kill...no tear to pieces two baby lambs...and not to eat either...also saw a fox kill a lot of chickens...on the farm we used to find the cubby hole and gas them.

Seems a humane way to deal with them. Just found out that my MP, Simon Kirby, is anti-fox hunting as well as anti-traveler, pro-Lido & pro-Albion. So not all Tories are ****holes.

If you, your extended family, or anyone you care about relies on publicly funded services, then you voted against your own self interests. That's why I always hesitate to call Tories selfish until I truly know if they are part of the wealthy elite in this country

I'm dumb, my mother is in Hospital next week to have a hip replacement, she has been in and out of hospital for the last three years and has had great service. I'm dumb LI however your dumber. Any way your dye a flounce soon, by by lol

Snobbery! what a joke from the people who can only offer us Eton boys as rulers

As I posted on another thread the problem with LOUD Lefties like yourself you can't debate but resort to throwing insults when others question your stance.

Posh Eton boys. Interesting lets have a quick look at the last few decades and the leaders.

Tory

Heath State grammar
Thatcher State grammar
Major State comp
Hague State grammar
Duncan Smith State second
Howard State grammar
Cameron Private

Labour

Wilson State grammar
Callaghan State second
Foot Private
Pillock State second
Smith State comp
Liar Private
Beckett Private

Seven leaders each and Labour have WON 3-1 on having posh people leading their parties.

My mistake I missed Brown State.

I must be dumb then. Shame, really.

Me too. I care for my disabled wife, who has had superb treatment from the NHS. I'm now returning to employed employment after many years self employed so I can have a steady income. The carers allowance is very low and hard to exist on even with other benefits, I would however point to the fact it's relative as the cost of living in the south is so much higher. There's people been living on benefits up north for years that manage comfortably and even go on holidays, something I can only dream of.

From first hand experience, I spent some time in Burnley helping a friend renovate houses, the attitude up there beggars belief. The local job centre requested all those on job seekers to report three times a week. Uproar, they nearly went on strike! That meant they had to stop doing their cash jobs to report to the job centre to look for a job.

They see it as a right to claim benefits irrelevant of circumstance. That mindset has to stop.

Benefits are for those in need not a career. The true social justice is to stop hard working tax payers money going on these freeloaders.

You might be proud. On VE Day, when we remember those who died fighting the Nazis and liberated Europe so that we could, amongst other things, have free elections - I believe it is pretty disrespectful.

Whatever happens can we have this thread elevated to GOLD status please?

It has been superb on so many levels.

It will serve as a great document for future generations. It captures the ebb and flow, unpredictability and passion of this election really well. If you dig deep there is some reasoned and well measured debate as well.

"After a shambolic month where Cameron was humiliated in a EU vote, had the chair of the party resign and seen Boris position himself for the impending election defeat his lead slips further. Not even the demotion of Gove will save him."

Just thought it was worth re-posting the original statement that kicked this thread off!!!

Which idiot posted that?
