Crap Town
thats an interesting turn around given his absence from media over easter. maybe all leaders could follow this lesson to improve their popularity?

Looks like the Sam Cam Scam has backfired on Dave in his quest to look caring and sympathetic.

Here
This thread seems to have deteriorated into a rather tedious rant between 4/5 hardcore Labour supporters for who Ed f**king Miliband is the new Messiah. God help us.

Don't worry, it will turn into a Labour Party victory lap very shortly.

It was labour pure and simple. So what is he saying the labour of then isn't the labour of now? It seems to me that the same faces are still there. Balls,Harman,Abott. Speaking of which, where are they.? Yep it's labour.

Hard to disagree with you MS. Blair is Labours longest serving PM, voted in by Labour voters three, let me say it again, three times!!! And yes, many of the same old faces. I am seeing lots of Campbell on TV also, i think he was ome of the stars of that Labour era.

It seems the Tory campaign has lurched from one disaster to another whilst Ed Miliband is looking more fit for office every day, Lynton Crosby's tactics to fight this election in the gutter are simply not paying off

After Fallons very personal attack on Milliband I have just seen a short piece from IDS suggesting that " Milliband is so desperate for office he will crawl over broken glass to get there " . I must say that the tories have got very personal over all this and I can't see what Ed has done to deserve all this abuse. The Tories seem to have taken " Back-Stabber to the top of thier buzz word list and they are all humming it now. It's very odd now The Quiet Man has suddenly reborn himself as a misguided Attack Dog as well. Maybe the Tories are rattled.

Not only was it crass but it was the equivalent of a shank shot in golf.. Ed M was one of several candidates for Labour leader, as was David M. David M was a supporter of the Iraq war which might well cause WW3 and a supporter of Tony Bliar. Remember when Blair applied for President of Europe, David M said Bliar was the man because he would 'stop the traffic'. The majority of the country were/are sick of the sight of Blair and his cronies so who on earth does Fool 'en think he' was appealing to by slagging off Ed M instead of trying to justify the cost of Trident.

There is a theme coming out here. The last Labour government for 13 years was not really a Labour government, some of the policies were a bit rubbish so that doesn't really count. The last real Labour government was actually in 1979. The economic crisis had nothing to do with Labour, it was a GLOBAL financial crisis that had nothing really to do with the U.K, and certainly nothing to do with Labour, which actually wasn't really Labour but was some other party.

Yes, seems that by such an unprecedented attack from many sources ( another Tory repeating the allegations on Newsnight just now ) they seem to have forgotten about the facts. It just seems a very poor policy just now and shows the Tories up to be the Nasty Party yet again.

Bit cryptic. It WAS a Labour government. It WAS a world crises caused by deregulated banks. The Tories had previously argued for LESS regulation of banks.

Wonderful - please look at the Daily Mail tomorrow - the latest attack line on Ed M is that he's ****ed a lot of hot women in his life :)

Just read it: what a totally bizarre story. There's no indication of any wrong-doing on anyone's part, no infidelity, no unusual sexual activity, just that he had some relationships before meeting his wife. That's probably the story of 99% of all married men or women. What on earth was Tory central office thinking when it came up with that one?

It's blind panic - so now he's a ruthless shark stabbing everyone in the back and a sex god with the ladies to boot - seems to have all wandered a long way away from Ed the ineffective weirdo

Your going to have to get used to these personal attacks on your leader Milliband now, just like UKIP supporters have to deal with. Isn't it annoying when you are passionate about certain subjects in the country and other parties and the media try to discredit your party and focus on all the stupid things.
