I think Davies is a twerp like most people, though the way Forest owners are apparently 'speaking to Warnock' before sacking Billy is a little underhand.

Local journos suggesting he's gone already - Not sure how I feel about it, he's very good entertainment value from the other end of Brian Clough Way.

Funny thing about Wee Jimmy Krankee is the fans of each club he leaves tells the next that it will end in tears, and it always does despite the fans of said club heralding his arrival as some sort of coup. Up to 2013, you have to acknowledge the way he managed to manipulate situations to paint a positive picture of himself. I recall vividly how when he left Derby in 07, he was painted as the victim and the clubs owners as the bad guys. History has revealed that he left a complete mess in his wake - A forgotten academy, a massive wage bill and all in all a shambles.

The problem for Billy now is that he's become a caricature of himself, when he went back to the red dogs last year he was held as a messiah but now with all this not talking to the media, complaining about the squad etc etc he's lost it....

Only a principled few Forest fans protested six months ago, saying he was putting his own vendettas ahead of the reputation of a proud club, which he was busy dragging into the gutter.
