Passengers for London should change at Haywards Heath

but later we get
There will be a half hourly train service between Hassocks and Haywards Heath (Both directions) at approximately half hourly intervals. These will be operated by First Capital Connect and will continue to London

So which is it? And are they stopping services after Haywards Heath or are they fast to Gatwick, East Croydon, London etc

I cant be bothered with you anymore - try to get an understanding before stating a load of bullsh*t which you try to disguise as "facts".

If you dont like it - drive a car or better still, put up with the service which is nowhere near as bad as you make out - and stop moaning.

Actual times to be confirmed later this evening.

Ah bless. Cant be bothered with me. well dont reply if it is so upsetting. I would have for you to start crying.

With the thousands i pay, I am entitled to complain when they do not supply me with what I have paid for.

Be happy and content if that is what you want. I would love to be so passive and easily pleased, and scared to speak out against crap train services.

Oh do bore off, you don't even live in this ****ing country you're just here to get upset and have a whinge for the ****ing sake of it. Not wanted or needed.

Why? I point out that a tunnel which has regularly flooded for all of my years of life might, just might, need a proper solution and you get arsy? Pointing out the obvious to railway companies clearly is what is needed.

This taken from the Southern website does not exactly help
What time from Hassocks or Burgess Hill? (The approx later in the article is not much good) What time do the trains depart Haywards Heath etc.

Considering this can't really be a shock for the trains companies why is the communication so piss poor?
I'd rather Southern publicised the basic story of what is happening, as soon as they had decided, and the details came later - rather than saying nothing until all the details are finalised.

Which is what has happened.

In contrast, First Capital Connect have, so far, said absolutely NOTHING about tomorrow's planned changes to their services.

Just been on the southern website. It's just a lot of words and place names strung together in sentences that don't make sense. It actually makes me angry trying to decipher it.

Although from past experience whatever is written is likely to be total bollocks.

PS - Balcombe isnt flooded........for once anyway. Besides, Balcombe will need rebuilding soon for the record.

Bets advice is to just see what Ernest posts - more reliable than the Southern website (communication online with Southern is poor).

Yeah, lets call it that - why not :lolol:

Well, can you provide a better reason for why the TOCs can do absolutely no wrong in your eyes? I don't really get it, you're clearly not the CEO, infact arnt you about 20 so you can't have a very glamorous job for the company and yet you happily defend them to the bitter end like some institutionalized old numpty who's worked there all his life?

Why can't you just piss off and eat another Brutwurst and leave discussions on the trains to people it actually AFFECTS?

but by publishing the website they have left them selves opening for questioning. There must be a plan of action (I would hope), the fact they can say there are trains to and from somewhere would, in my view, mean they know when these trains will run and where they will run to.

They can do wrong, but this isnt actually their fault - it doesnt take much of a genius to know that constant rain isnt a train companies fault.

I have worked for Southern if it helps (and have also worked with an agency who placed me with Southern) so thats how I have the knowledge, the rest is common sense.

You have the exact same mentality as Southern, and the TOCs in general. Rather than holding your hands up and saying 'That's not good enough, how can we improve it?' You search around for an excuse, ANY excuse which you then cling to, claiming it's not your fault, not even thinking about things you could have done to mitigate or prevent it all so you can massage your precious statistics which as we all know are a crock of shit.

Thats your opinion. I dont necessarily agree with it - in fact i dont, but its your opinion.

This has gone pretty far off topic now, lets end it there.
