I was on a Xmas TV show with the Bootleg Beatles in 1980 and the Barron Knights

Loved the Barron Knights.

I remember being on the Palace Pier when they filmed two episodes of Five O'Clock Club in 1964, with Lulu and, IIRC, Billy J Kramer!

Brad Paisley put on a brilliant show at the O2 last year. Thanks for the tipoff Frutos or I would have missed it.

Ramones at top rank next to Brighton Centre, think it was 1980. Low ceilings, sound bounced around - highlight Pinhead, chap on stage standing next to J.R - gimp mask, and the gabba, gabba, hey plackard.

Strangely enough next best was at Dome last year ... Foxy Shazam, supporting The Darkness

One I missed ...... due to trains in London despite having tickets Mott the Hoople with Queen as support at The Rainbow - early 70's

Didn't we do this very recently ??

Anyway, Queen @ Wembley (Live Magic) was awesome - I wasn't particularly a Queen fan beforehand. The Who were always good, Thin Lizzy excellent, ACDC pretty good.

Suprisingly, the best for sound I ever had at a gig was Ultravox at The Brighton Centre.

Without a doubt, Radiohead at Glastonbury '97. They played their upcoming or recently released new album, cant remember which, OK COMPUTER! Was immense, amazing, unforgetable atmosphere, even fireworks going off over the stage at the of the gig. Truly amazing, with me to my dying breath
