Australians and English eh!!!

I wouldn't oppose Frankel against any other horse on the planet over a mile. I wouldn't oppose Black Caviar against any other horse on the planet at 6f.

I tend to agree.

Though I would drool over the prospect of seeing Frankel in our top 1600m handicap races over here like the Epsom or Doncaster. or further more over the 2000m Cox Plate agaisnt the best WFA from the southern hemisphere.

I didn't want to bring up the fact that most of Frankel's runs he's pushed him right out where as she's pretty much been eased down with 150 metres to go. ;)

Moody looked pretty coy at the interview dias when Nolen said he didnt want his performance to overshadow the horses win. Possibly more ready to let rip with a serving than coy even.

I work at Goodwood & we had 1 million on the table for both to run the Sussex Stakes on the Wednesday of Glorious. Both were in for the mile at one point but BC pulled out for some reason. Don't think we'll ever see them on the same track in either side of the pond now unfortunately.

Surely the impact of travelling half way round the world is going to have a major bearing on a horse's performance?

Hard to judge, this one.

read about that offer ,shame but i think frankel would have done her over a mile.......i loved the comment " the only place these two horses will meet is secretly ,in a moon lit paddock, a few years from now"

Ha ha! That's probably not too far from the truth now I reckon!! It was nice to think we might have topped Frankel v Canford Cliffs last year but not to be :( still, Frankels running so not a bad card I suppose!!

She'd never have raced over a mile for a first up test over middle ground. Would have needed a run over 1300-1400 metres before she'd tackle that distance. She's just not built for that kind of racing though.

Frankel will destroy that horse, although black caviar won by the shortest of distances the jockey never raised the whip once that was a very cockey hands and heels win. In my opinion frankel would piss all over black caviar.

Please stop. You just making yourself look silly. You can't compare two horses like this. Your doing the equivalent of saying Wigan rugby league team would piss all over Leicester rugby union team. The only thing your proving is that you don't understand horse racing.

Having said that we could make it really interesting by having kauto star line up against them both cos he is another champion. And make it absolutely f***ing ridiculous.

But they did try to get them to race together? Although it seems like it'll never happen, why is the idea of a race between them so unthinkable?
