Littlehampton,Wick actually
To be fair,3 of the stands aint all that, atmosphere was shit from home fans, pies are shit also, queuing for a pint for 15 minutes then closes as you get there,50 minutes after the game to get on a train,i would give 3/10 also if i was an away fan after all that.

Just far enough away from LDC
You see the thing is I actually quite like Millwall's ground. Its neat, decent public transport links etc.

But then I actually really like our stadium. Its neat, tidy, not bad transport links (room for improvment yes), decent catering (getting better) and more importantly its ours

Now I believe that most Millwall fans would suggest sorting this out with a Harry Hill style 'Fiiiiiggggghhhhht'. But actually to descend into the stereotypical, unthinking criticism that they have done as some kind of inverse snobbery is really no more than any of us should have expected.

So how is that unlike many of the other 91 stadiums

The stadium is unfinished, the atmosphere was crap, the trains were a problem - can't help but agree with them?

I liked the one that said grounds should have the same sized and shaped stand all around (like our ground) are best.

Give me something unique anyday. There ground look like a subuteo stadium with four open corners.

I don't mind fanzone, a lot of fans are still in the concorses anyway so don't see it, if you don't like it get to you seat afterwards.

Good to see another pie shot last night

I pass their shit-hole on the train every day, and it's slowly rusting.

"Its a stadium fit for spastic wannabee flag waving modernesque Chelsea like fans....who belong to the games of Rugby Union & Soccer.

Complete and utter deadweeds, who revel in wearing their shirt to games and who love the privilege of paying top dollar to be sanitised to fcuk and thinking that was only worth it if they had been 'entertained'.

All in all, it and they belong to their beloved nirvana called the 'premiership' where glutumous like minded santised entities can thrive and exist in peace and harmony - happy to be sub consciously shafted by marketing and the like."

Brilliant!

That post is EXCEPTIONAL.

I suspect that he believes that only REAL MEN who do work that involves lifting HEAVY stuff should go to football.

Also interested as to how anyone waited 45 minutes for a train when I had 1 pint (25 minutes) then walked straight onto one.

I was told their "special train" direct to London Bridge wasn't going to leave till 10:30?
