Profile lounge service was absolute crap tonight.
The worst it has been for a good few weeks.
Was it just our table or did anyone else have any problems?

I didn't dine but I did notice it took longer to get served at the bar today.

got a round of drinks because we waited half hour for starter, had to ask for pies at half time, got coffee but no milk, by time it got there, coffee was cold

did anyone notice how flat the beer was tonight?

This is sad to hear. Azure had made some serious improvements since the turn of the year. Fingers crossed its just a blip.....especially as I'm booked in to dine for 3 of the remaining games.

Terrible news.

Hope they are able to keep the remaining two kitted out in the heels and short skirts though. Please confirm.

I can confirm that the 2 remaining girls were suitably dressed and still as bubbly as before, if a little over worked.

Think the whole "Match Experience" has gone down the tubes! Have paid for 15 games worth of catering for 4 people each time. Can honestly say it has got worse and worse over the last four or five games.

Paid a visit by the assistant catering Manager tonight, who offered a free day for the Ipswich game. Cant believe its so poor after all this time!

I'm not a corporate type, but have 1901 membership cos I like to make the football my day/night out. Azure, have in my opinion, made a complete Horlicks of the catering & need to sort themselves out or go! Every week we are told it will get better next time!!!!!!!!!! Complete shower of S..t.

1) No bread rolls on our table (could be part of the cost cutting measures ?)
2) One of our party did not get their starter even after two separate requests to different waitresses (again could be part of the cost cutting measures ?)
3)Long wait for drinks then when they finally arrive lager was flat
4)Final insult was the flat lagers being stolen at half time for the second match running!

Paid for four meals upfront for every game this season, put the first few games down to teething problems but the service now is really getting beyond a joke, it is embarrassing.
I will not be eating again in the Profile next season unless drastic changes are made.

As an alternative I bribe my 8 year old with a packet of match attax and he shoots off to grab me a pie about ten minutes into the first half. It's a great plan and only costs me £4.50 per game,

Sorry, I appreciate these are genuine grievances as you're not getting what you paid for. But by 'eck, I can't help but laugh at the "problems" fans have to deal with nowadays compared with a few years ago.

Exactly - like being sprayed with piss because some drunk couldn't make it out to the bogs. Ah the good old days of the terraces!

Very much so. Or trying to keep the honking rain off your chips, or at least eat them quick enough before they get as soggy and soaked as you are.

As it happens, my steak and ale pie was a bit lukewarm tonight in the WSU. But then I just look at those gleaming white arches, the sweeping roofs, the 20k crowd and the fact that we're 4 points off 3rd place in the Championship, and I think "f*** it...this'll do".

no the food in hospo was good at withdean

It was indeed. Only did it once when NSC sponsored a game, but I remember being pleasantly surprised.

I've done 1901 once (for the Forest game), and the food and service was first class, but it seems experiences vary from game to game. Guess I've been lucky.
