Are we really going to have to put up with Naylor's oily pomposity until he retires or the argus folds, whichever happens sooner? :(

Does he have to buy tickets so he can do his job?

its his use of the term "moaners" that is objectionable.

we are NOT moaning. we are expressing an opinion.

but that is now not allowed in Herr Gruppenfuhrer von naylor's politically correct world. and he's NOT being asked to stump up 35 notes for a Sunderland ticket. Until he is, his opinion is WORTHLESS

He's a prick for writing comments like that on his twitter, even more so for writing in a newspaper along the same lines. Every club has its share of whingers, whats his point? And the prices are quite high for a CC match, im paying £37 for mine, im not complaining mind, but you could see why it would annoy some

He needs to be a bit more careful and professional in what he tweets. He represents the Argus and is talking about potential customers of course...

Jeez- because a few people air a view he feels he came generalise like this. What a tosser - so if there's anything he doesn't agree with he's a moaner? What a complete tool

I don't dislike Naylor at all, but this seems remarkably lazy journalism.

Tweeting isn't really journalism though is it.

Its probably just something he "knocked out" on his mobile whilst chewing on his panini.

Mr. Naylor obviously has problems with the concept of free speech and doesn't understand the idea of an open forum. All kinds of ideas expressed, promulgated etc. I reckon his bosses are pleased with him however as this tweet is only designed to generate chatter and ultimately money.

I would agree with you, except they print this rubbish.

I think rather than every week writing an "opinion piece" about what he's read on NSC and disagreed with that week, he should actually just join and if he disagrees with what someone says take it up with them as everyone else that uses this forum does, frankly his way seems a little cowardly to me.

As the only moaning is on here (Richie Morris' tweets aside) it does at least prove that Naylor is being economical with the truth when he says that he doesn't read NSC

He might have a point to make, but i think we've heard that point and i doubt the people of Sussex will be very interested in hearing how a rather bland journo heard uninteresting whispers on the internet.
We shouldn't get riled really. He's only who he is.
