Are you happy with your seat?

perhaps its just me being a knob, but i know that it will be near impossible to get seats in the north if we had sat elsewhere and wanted to move into the north in years to come when my boy is tall enough to see over the top. i will just get on with it. ive fought serious skin cancer for the past 12 years and want my boy to enjoy the north like i did when i was a boy when my dad took me. if by bad luck my consultant tells me the cancer has come back then at least my boy knew his dad gave him the experience that i had and will have good memories of the north stand-thats why we must have kids in the north, for the future

Sorry to hear about your illness , there is a young lad in front of me who as i said stood on his seat the whole game let your lad do the same ,then you will both enjoy the experience alot more with those around you.The N stand is about atmosphere and we can generate that better standing.

the bloke sitting infront of me had the worst body odour ever. I could barely concentrate on the match.

When Buckley netted the winner he has jumping up and down with his hands up, and I almost threw up. I left my seat before the final whistle because of it.

I think it is highly disrespectful, rude, and not to mention disgusting that someone would go to a public event in such a way.

Next game I am going to bring one of theose deodorant bullet things, and give it to him. And if the problem persists I will make a complaint.

I usually wouldn't make a fuss over a odd smell, but this was just rank.

wsu block h row j . chap next to me is pretty cool and has got a ST on his own seemingly so was keen to be mates. good view , better than i thought . thought id be end of row though so mybladder alcohol problem doesnt piss people off but hey ho. bit worried (in fact very worried) that when it goes mad in there , see last minute winner against palace that im gonna fall in to the row in fron of me . was very steep and the seat back of the row in fronmt of me only comes up to my ankles pretty much

The only complaint I have is that it hasn't got a seat belt.

I was surprisingly undisturbed by the height sitting next to you, which was odd because I hate heights.

It's nice to have something to lean on I thought. I can't see the touchline if I sit back in my seat.

Very lucky , WSL row AA siiting with 20 or so people I stood with at the Goldstone and sat at Withdean with.Very much an old head zone.

I'm WSU G, more or less right at the back, Row V, and could not be happier. View is unreal, all those around seem to be big singers, a very sound group. Particularly enjoyed to 30 or 40 immediately around all singing GOSBTS at the right pace, in the right time, with all the words. Hair on the back of the neck stuff.

Believe me, you won't be better off any further forward - we're in Row L and were surrounded by twats constantly standing up. The club will need to be doing something about these - we've all paid a lot of dosh for our season tickets so shouldn't have to jump up every other minute to see what's going on!!

Perhaps those not happy with this situation should write to Richard Hebberd who is in charge of the stadium unfortunately I am not sure what he can do as it is really up to the twats who are doing it to become a little more responsible but I doubt it very much. If he receives enough letters he may try to do something to make them stay seated as it is most annoying and unnecessary as if everybody stayed sitting down everybody can see all that is happening.

an awkward conundrum-people wish for atmosphere and passion,others peace & quiet and a good view,balance is hard to find-however the day the club gets too draconian in it's approach will be the day they see me no longer-though i will still support the club.

The point about standing was made at the presentations that it would only be overlooked at the back of stands so people wanting to stand should buy a seat there. Hence I bought my seat where I did expecting to have nobody standing in front of me. As somebody near me said yesterday it was a better view at Withdean and with people standing it was.

GoldwithFalmer I would suggest that for each person with your attitude there will be at least one with the exact opposite so the club will not lose out provided the results and the performances on the field stay as they have been..

I was chatting after the game with a chap who is in the wsl by the away end and hated most of yesterday. Seemly the language and behaviour of fans towards the donny fans was in his and his wife's eyes totally unacceptable and he is going to write to the club to see if he can move.

It will be interesting to see if around Christmas tine there will be a opportunity to allow people to move if they wanted to. It would be a shame if some people do not enjoy the experience and give up

Mostly. The guy to one side of me is a grabber. You know, the sort who when excited by the action will hold the arm of the person next to them as if they need to be steady before they jump up to celebrate a goal or something. He also seems to love the long. Not in a "moan about our passing game" way - he complimented that as well, but any ball that was hit long that didn't go to a donny player was met with "good ball". Even if it went into a space where there was no one, and then went out of play.

And one joker behind me swore at something, which got a laugh, so he just reeled off a bunch of other swear words in quick succession as if that would be 10 times funnier. It was not. Overall though, I like it.

It's an interesting one. With season tickets selling out I would have thought most people will have to stay where they are for many years to come unless they arrange swaps with someone else, or take a risk at the end of the season and make a definite commitment to move to another seat, in the hope that it will turn out better. I suppose it won't be an issue if they do build the extra tier on the East and fill in the corners, tho. I wonder if existing STH will get first call on the new seats? Front row of the East Stand upper would be a superb spot.

I'm just the right side of 20st., and had a little bounce on my seat to see if it could take it, and was a tad worried about going through the thing at some point. I hope metal fatigue doesn't set in in a few years
