Chelsea now linked with Brennan Johnson, an exceptional young talent. Whilst selling their best 18 year old youth product to Newcastle. Someone make this end, please.

True, but we have to accept, I think, that his dad played a blinder!
Annoyed me with his comments picked up by the Press about Liverpool over a few months but I guess he went about things the right way with TB and PB in negotiations

I don’t recall him opening his trap through all this……..nor seen any evidence that he was unprofessional
Well, he tried to leave in January for one thing and made a big deal of it on social media - and it's widely reported he stopped training and cleared his locker. Believe what you want to believe. You'd imagine if he was carrying on as normal that he'd have been much more involved pre-season, on and off the field.

I'm not 'believing' anything - just saying I've not seen anything from him directly, only loads of (likely made-up) shit on here/twitter etc. He didn't write the January SM post. Maybe the club simply kept him away, exactly as they did in January.

Apparently they offered Hall a 6 year contract just two weeks ago. And now they're selling him. Do they actually know what the hell they're doing?! I guess with these private equity types it's all just numbers on a spreadsheet. Presumably they've just realised they're getting tight on FFP, and need to free up another £30m of profit.

He didn't write it but it was on his personal account. At some point a fully-functioning adult has to take a tiny bit of responsibility for what's happening around them, even if they are receiving poor advice.

Moises was probably the best ever player to play for Brighton , helped us(massive understatement) finish at our highest in the English Top division and qualify for Europe and he also brought in more money to the club than we could have expected.

Why don't we leave the conservation like that rather than all the bitching.....
I absolutely agree. I just think it is the pain of his wanting to leave (albeit absolutely understandable in many ways) that stings.

It is sometimes difficult for long term supporters to see things 'outside the blue and white box'....

If I were an agent, I’d be asking it to write drafts contracts for me too!

You didn’t read his social media post then? The one that everyone is 100% sure without any evidence was his agent and he absolutely had nothing to do with it (without any evidence).

Reports that Chelsea paid Moises agent £10 million for securing the transfer...

I'm assuming this means reporters have looked into it and have evidence to support their claim, but wasn't this being suggested when Liverpool came in? That the reason he was staying in london and refusing to go was that the agent had a deal?
