Just scored for Fulham for the first time since September, seconds later misses doubling their lead by whiskers.

looks a pale shadow of the zamora in front of goal we were treated to,his link up play is still quality though and i hope that tap in will give him the confidence to show just what a fantastic striker btw i got 2-1 zamora to score 1st

Playing alongside the greediest waste of space in the Premier League, what do you expect from him? He won't get any service out of that guy at all, and playing for a team like Fulham, he doesn't get too many chances. I'm glad to see he's scored again though, he's a main stay in my fantasy team.

1503: Scott Carson needed a little treatment for that, it hit him fairly flush on the face, Bobby Zamora's shot. Meanwhile, we are under way at Anfield.

1502: GOAL Fulham 2-0 West Brom
More poor defending, but good work from the Fulham strikers who have been lively all afternoon. Bobby Zamora brilliantly chests down a long pass and hammers a left-foot volley at Scott Carson's head, with the rebound falling for Andrew Johnson to slot into an empty net.

Ha ha, nice one Bobby.

He seemed to be having a go at Fulham supporters after scoring , good on him , never in doubt his ability , just not getting service from the small bald twat from Selhurst!!!

ffs last min penalty saved ! cost me a pretty penny

Now you know how I felt when Akinfenwa scored a 96th minute equaliser for Northampton against us earlier in the season. I had £10 on Murray first goal, 2-1 win. We all know what was happening until that dying minute... 60/1...

Roy Hodgson on Zamora

"Zamora's kept at things well, formed a partnership with Johnson and that's been very important for us.

"It's great credit to his strength of character and his determination that he's been able to ride though the bad spell and today he's got his reward."

Strength of character and determination - characteristics that have been lacking in our side this season with one or two notable exceptions
