Let's make the most of Wednesday night as it could be the last time we see Wilf laying down on the Amex turf.

All joking aside, as others have said, at least he seems to get the rivalry and plays up the pantomime villain role well. The thing with Schelotto a few years ago was memorable.

Just hope he doesn't score against us again unless it is a late consolation in a thrashing - he's caused us enough grief over the years.
He may or may not score, but for sure he will fling himself to the ground with his best Tom Daley impression, if we breath within a metre of him

He's single-handedly carried that rancid flea-bitten club on his back for so many years now. Without him, they'd have been having their regular little Millwall and Charlton derbies long before their comical "new stand" design was ever committed to the back of a fag packet by that weird lantern-jawed fop-haired spiv they call an owner, with his yankee mates who have wanted OUTTA THERE for years now.

They'll probably snide their way to their usual result of sorts on Wednesday. They nearly managed it against City without leaving their half or having an effort on goal, so its all set up. Its what they do. But they will still have that nagging knowledge that BHA and CPFC2010 are poles apart now, on entirely different trajectories. They can still scuffle, kick, park the bus and somehow blunder their way to the odd result, but in the Premier League, they're like an embarrassing drunk aunty hanging around at a wedding. Shabby clothes, stinking of smoke, slurring in your face. And everyone just wants them to leave the party.

They're gradually sliding towards the exit. Be great if we can take their arm and help them on their way.

Even I had a wry smile reading that. 🤭

To his credit, he's done amazing things for them in getting them to the PL in the first place and been a large part of the reason that they're now in their 10th consecutive season. The Palace's discredit, they've must've had income in the region of £1.5 Bn in that time and what will they have to show for it other than some cladding?

Brighton factually.....
Recently there’s been rumours of interest from Italy…Inter Milan I think…maybe there first?

I’ll miss him as part of the pantomime in our matches against Palace
Yeah, fair play to him, he gets it, and thrives on the passion on the day, as I have said before, I would not be surprised in years to come, whilst commentating on one of our many European exploits him and Dunk are sharing a joke about the good Ol'days.

If tomorrow is our last match with him, it will be an odd moment. As much as Mister Flop has been the focus of our ire over the years, its players like him that understand the rivalry and give it a bit of character.

If it weren't for the fact he’s a stupidly overpaid footballer, I’d almost (almost) feel a bit sorry for him seeing others progress and bypass him into Champions League/European sides, whilst he was chained to Crystal Palace tighter than the bikes outside the Whitehorse Lane Sainsbury's.

Palace's form has been bad, but I can see Zaha setting the example to his team and putting everything into tomorrow - can he inspire them?..Looking forward to this one, under the lights as well.

Are you forgetting their new stand?
