The college I work at is now teaching stewarding courses in partnership with the club, it is all very positive. We need to make The Amex even more of a community club to get more young people falling in love with the club and seeing it as an essential part of the city and its identity.

Whilst, obviously, youth unemployment is a large problem. I am more concerned with adult unemployment.

Generally, young people will still be living at home and they will not have dependants. There are tonnes of voluntary posts that will offer invaluable experience and training.

Let's just hope their parents have jobs then eh? Someone has to pay the bills.

Hopefully Junior will be employed at some point as he currently completes his AITC apprenticeship.
