I think you have to narrow it down or you could choose from hundreds. Peeps who have been a UK professional football manager in the last 3 years, I'd say excluding lower league managers unless they are clearly on the up.

Zbigniew Boniek. He was a great player but an absolutely abysmal manager. Seriously, I don't remember any other equally incompetent manager in Polish or foreign football.
