Smoked bacon, Pork Sausages, Scrambled eggs (or maybe poached) baked beans, toast.
If in an hotel, add mushrooms and black pudding.

Now:
Toast, scrambled or poached and baked beans.
Not eating meat any more.

I looked it up and there are some very vague web pages . . . . many refer to cooked breakfasts from 16-1700's if you could afford it) but any description of actual ingredients seem to be missing . . . . 1950's, post war seems to be a common dat

poached eggs on toastr is as old as anything though..

fried bread for me is a butered slice fried, so technically no worse than buttered toast . . . . still a few times a year treat though

mash, fried, with a tiny bit of butter, let it crisp and brown a bit. bloody delicious alternative to bread and a more common leftover than bubble n squeak ingredients at 'Cafe Zef' on a Sunday morning after a run/stagger

I'm not veggie, but have had a few cooked breakfasts in recent months which comprised

poached eggs / cheese omlette
garlic mushrooms
fried mash
tinned toms
