Best of a dodgy lot for that one. They all either seem to be in bad form or have question marks over their ability. I just think at his age he has time to develop and he is also a hard little bastard which I like.

Foster
Johnson Woodgate Rio Cole
Hargreaves Barry
Bentley gerrard Cole

i think Foster should be given a chance once he gets a few games under his belt, also i think johnson has done enough to get a place at RB and he could def make it his own!

That team looks shit, Owen?

If they can't beat France they should just give up, the Jocks beat them twice in games that actually matter.

Not sure people are suggesting he is playing up front. Something more akin to the Man Utd system where he, Ronaldo and Tevez interchange up front.

And also it's not really FACT, as he is quite capable of doing it, it just depends how you play it. As a target man he is decent but doesn't get the best out of him, as a focal point of a 3 man front line he is very good.

I would love to see Rooney playing on the left of a three, slightly withdrawn and more central than a more natural winger on the right.

He is best when coming deep and getting involved in the game. When he is left up top on his own he gets frustrated and booked...

Might as well experiment a bit
