Crumplin must get in there if we're talking comedy footballers, although he did eventually come good.

Agreed. How about Peter Smith? He kind of went in the opposite direction, as did George Parris.

The most curious thing..
Most of the players in the late Goldstone early Priestfield years - we were supremely crap for most of them - the later 2000's weren't much better until recently.

Cant believe some people are putting Kevin Bremner. Ok so he would never get in a best Albion XI but he was a decent player at the level he played at. Done a good job for us and Reading before us.
