You only sing when you winning

Is this an accurate description of the North Stand?

From an neutral part of the stadium it was noted that even the South Stand tries harder than the north stand.
It was suggested that the West Stand should sing this to the North Stand.

(This is based on a conversation I overheard on the train).

It's obvious the atmosphere improves when we're winning, at least the North sings throughout the match, even if losing.

It's probably a fair accusation on Brighto yesterday, I noticed we were quieter before each goal, but it was just a quiet night in general. Not the North Stands fault.

Help me North Stand, you're my only hope.

Someone else said it was like a pre-season friendly. Bristol's lack of urgency and any sort of threat in the second half had a dulling effect on everything.

This is wrong on a number of levels:-

1. It isn't an accurate description of the North stand (I sit in the West btw).

2. There is no neutral part of the stadium.

3. Why start another thread about this North v West v South v East crap.

4. Yes I know, you were just repeating what you heard but why feel the need to repeat crap and be associated with it?

5. Sit down, shut up

I'd say the press area is a neutral area. Also even if the North Stand do only sing when they're winning (I don't think so), it's better than never singing at all (east stand).

Being in the west stand, it's usually the north making all the noise! Heard a group behind me trying to start a song, but after 3 attempts at we're the west stand, they gave up

Only mentioned by the OP by I too have been amazed at the noise created and lead taken by the South ... when you consider a load of these are not reg's, or move around game by game, and there's simply not loads of them, then I reckon it's a tremendous effort from that end ... well done all and keep it up
