I'm sure your attendances were not that great during the mid 80's like at most grounds during that time attendances were at an all time low, Palace fans boycotted games due to the way in which the club were being run nothing to do with the football, now your history before posting s**t. 1986/87 our attendances were back on the increase under Ron Noades.

I lived in Brighton for a while, nice town, better than Croydon (even the nice parts) in many ways, the only thing that lets it down is the lack of a decent football team to go and watch.
It's a CITY. Proud of that fact.

What about you boys? Lower league football, knocked down you old stadium, shared with Gillingham, played at an Athletics stadium, got back to the Championship and have been spanked by Palace ever since, Built a new stadium with the "HOPE" of promotion and also got spanked by Palace there, present history not that good I guess
