I heard exactly the same rumour earlier today, albeit from a completely different source.

I didn't post it up here as I'm always cynical about these rumours, and because we have been told thousands of times that no one knows when the decision will be announced, we'll find out when it happens and not before.

While we're on the rumour mill.........I have heard (as previously posted) that the decision will definitely be YES. The source is from a lawyer relative in London. I haven't been given a date but if this thread is correct I might just get some champagne in for Monday night!
