x box 360 help needed

Is the BBC iPlayer available on the xbox as it is on the Wii. Also when I try to set up the Media Centre it gives me a number that states it will be needed when I go to the PC setup. However when setting up on the PC it does not ask for the number but the xbox will not let me carry on. Help please

Xbox has Sky Player and not BBC iPlayer.

BBC player is coming soon though, they have had to delay it a few times I believe

I doubt iplayer will turn up on 360, it would have to be free because of tv licensing and neither ms or sky will have that.

If you have Sky, go on the Sky website and make a free Skyplayer account.
Then download the software on the 360. It'll be on the dashboard under video marketplace i think. Takes about 5-10 minutes to download. Then you sign in with your skyplayer account and you're away.

BBC iplayer probably wont be coming to Xbox anytime soon because Microsoft want to charge people for using the iplayer whereas BBC have to offer the service for free. Microsoft just wont budge.
