Can the volume level be returned to the same as last season?

The volume level has been turned down and it was extremely difficult to hear the pre-match announcements and none of our group could hear the Alan Mullery interview which was a real shame

PS I and everyone around me echo comments about shirt numbers - they are awful and it is impossible to distinguish who is who by their number
