Seems to be some tossbags saying Adams was a shit manager. Really is no way to speak of an Albion legend.

Would you weclome him back as manager?

Personally, if McGhee ever goes then Adams would be my first choice to replace him.

Can't personally vote in any of those options. No dounting that Adams did a momentous job for us but I'd rather leave it in the past. McGhee is doing a fantastic job with the side but if he was to leave I don't think we should jump at the chance to have Adams back, if we had the opportunity.

I just hope McGhee stays with us for a few years yet, he's the best manager we've had since I've been watching the Albion.

In my opinion of course.

I would LOVE to see Adams come back ONLY if McGee left. 'McMark' is doing a fine job. I think Micky would want to see a resolution to Falmer too and to be honest, not much has progressed since he left.

History has proven that a Manager should never return to a former club. It usually ends in tears. Adams was a great manager who did a fantastic job on limited resorces. He is the past though. Mark McGee is the future. Given the choice, I'd have McGee any day. His articulate style and nouse has brought out the best in young players ( with the aid of Hinsh & Deano ) who probably would never have got a look in Under Adams. He's tended to go for experence in his teams rather than take a chance on raw talent.

He wouldn't come back and we don't need him back.

Saying that, if the situation was to change, of course he would be welcomed back.

But it won't. And he is always welcome at Withdean and on our marches etc.

He was the best small angry northerner I've ever met.

Too bloody right. I'd have him back tomorrow. The 'sweaty sock' is doing a good job but he isn't in the same league as Micky.

You can thank the other post on the same topic for my forthrightness. Such a load of crap has been written that, for tonight anyway, I've decided to write in the same vein.

i have a thought going through my head at the moment, if mm is on leicester shortlist and they take a look at mm, and mm leaves us then micky adams could come back.

MA is great but a Lower Leagues manager IMHO.

*ducks*

Who do you mean, "MA", you daft bint.

He's MICKY ADAMS, the best manager we've ever had. Show more respect.

As I've said before MM isn't in the same league. Well he'd probably do well in one of the sweaty socks lower leagues.

I think we are short of staff and urgently need another one to help the manager, assistant manager, reserve team coach, director of football, youth coach, assistant youth coach, goalkeeping coach and three physios. I'm sure another one wouldn't put too big a strain on our budget as we are rolling in cash.

Do I detect some sarcasm?

Sorry, NSC doesn't do sarcasm ;)

Oh! I see.

Is that why you left out kit man, assistant kit man, kit man's mechanic? There's not enough room for the web site personnel.

You''ll be climbing aboard a porker at 'Pig Airport' before that ever happens. Leicester fans hate McGhee for walking out on them.

It's best that Micky remains the legend that he is and we stick with McGhee. But if McGhee were to leave.........
