McCormack on song is a good player and goalscorer, however, its not often a collection of good individuals that get the best results. There's something very special about our team spirit and togetherness at the moment. Greece in euro 2004, Leicester last year etc, prove that team spirit is often more important, and from all the reports of McCormacks attitude issues, The damage that could do to team spirit far outweighs any perceived benefits of his individual footballing ability.

Anyone that pays £12m for McCormack this January needs a lesson in how to negotiate. The guy's value has dropped markedly, and anything over £3-4m would seem over the top.

Personally, no, but that's due to a lot of other factors, such as style, age, prospective salary, lack of playing time in the Premiership etc.

But I do think for the right club he's probably worth that, yes. Based on age, Championship record, previous market value etc.
