I would be delighted, of course, if we got promoted. A day out at Wem-ber-ley would be ace, for starters.

Colchester are definitely going down, and I couldn't really care about that either way. I bear Hammond no ill-will at all. He was a really good player for us, who has moved on. In some respects I'd be dissappointed at their demise, as I was interested to see how Hammond was going to do in that league. Not that he'll necessarily stay there of course.

Hammond was a good servant to the Albion.

That said, I would still be very happy to see the current Albion squad wave at him as we passed Colchester on the way up! :lolol:

I really liked Hammond as a player & a person but in this topsy turvy world i would find it highly amusing after stating his'ambtions' if we took their place at the championship table next season
