I did - in the interests of fairness & non-prejudice - have a look at the suggested thread (including the pictures). You're right Das: there weren't any noticable 'dimlows' creating the posts, but the fact of the matter is that they really only seemed to be debating who's who regarding the miserable looking Nazis standing around the boxed-up, dead one. How is that putting things in a 'different light' exactly?

You can usually tell the nature of a forum by the rules and regulations it asks its members to abide by and judging by this one its harmless and makes pains to point out it is not Nazi - they quite specifically state that holocaust denial is not allowed. I wouldn't go as far as saying its a repository for real truth but it is a means of allowing various people with personal or family interests somehwere to talk about their interests. There is a smilar based one with more focus on the Allies found here.

What both have is common is an interest in military history and/or collecting for which there are general published books available (Osprey Publishing for example which can be found in any WH Smiths). Personally, its not my cup of tea as I've always been far more interested in how the Nazi state worked (Or didn't in certain areas) but reading about it doesn't make you a nazi, its when you start glorifying it that it becomes morally unacceptable.
