The og at 1:22 is a thing of beauty!

He's Wikipedia page reads: On 28 May 2008, it was revealed that Hawkins had become first signing by manager Micky Adams in his second spell as manager at League One Brighton, agreeing a two-year contract. Hawkins and Adams had previously worked together at Coventry.[2] Hawkins was hugely popular with the Brighton faithful and assumed cult status at the club. Following the completion of his two-year contract, Hawkins was released by Brighton much to the dismay of many supporters.

Cult hero!?!?!?

Has to be Phil Stant shirley. What on earth was Micky thinking of? ???

Didn't Mickey admit to signing him simply to keep the changing room rocking. It was similar with Dave Martin (not sure if name is right) who I think we signed from Northampton and was a 'character' rather a footballer, and Mickey and Corky thought it would add to the crazy gang mentality of the players.

David Livermore should have been an astute signing, but he was atrocious. Apart from Southend away when we won 2-0, but Colin also played very well so clearly Southend weren't up to much.

Hawkins was clearly dreadful but Ashley Neal takes every biscuit ever for worst player of anything.

He was only 21 when he was at Brighton - not even close to being the worst 30+

Now, if there were an over-20 category ...
