Is it too early to say

"Bye bye Aussies"?

Unbelievable innings by Kholi, 82 off 51 balls, brilliant stuff.

Kohli you BEAST!

Anyone else notice the focus in his eyes? He was never in any doubt he could do it.

After the ribbing I took over the England v Afghanistan game, I can't wait to see the locals in the club later.

It looks in hindsight, that the semi-final draw may have been kind to England. Granted they are playing the form team in New Zealand; but it will be in Delhi, a ground and pitch which is very familiar to them. Also, without meaning to be derogatory to the Kiwis, India will probably want England to win and set up a mouth watering final. So we may have local support as well? I don’t relish playing India just yet; let’s play them in the final, or better still, get some revenge over the West Indies!

All in all a good performance form a young emerging England side.

England and India hit straps now after shaky start. Possibly Windies and NZ peaked too early. England beat NZ in warm up, seem to have worked out a calmer game plan and have ground advantage for SF. Fancy India might just want it more than Windies.
