is that the only place worth torching down there?

im pretty sure Woolwich isnt in the normal "underprivileged boroughs" list, seems its getting a bit random now. interesting the areas that are and arenot being affected?

Absolute scumbags, what is the point in all this? Seriously does anyone actually know why this is happening?

Bandwagon jumpers are taking the opportunity to steal and vandalise with their "mates" When caught they can blame it on political bollocks!

The fact they are endangering other people's lives is neither here or there to them. They are criminals. Simple.

Curfew for youngsters needed to kill the problems. Police need to to get a message out to the (so called) parents of these kids, "Keep them off the streets or we WILL deal with them! Your choice!"

Neither was Enfield last night...it's been random since Tottenham. They are just working their way through the map in any order to evade the police.

Compared to Clapham and Ealing, where it's also been kicking off, Woolwich is extremely underprivileged. Lots of deprivation that the council have been trying to sort out.

That's where my daughter works at that Weatherspoons (lives in Charlton and doing a degree at Goldsmiths) she was working there just a few hours ago and was told to lock up. A hour later it was ablaze.

Almost feeling left out over here in SE24/SE22.. - Nearest we've got is shooting on West Norwood high st on Sat morning, untill a poster on East Dulwich forum said :
'as we were walking past Londis it seemed liked someone (youth) had been locked in there by what looked like members of public'

I've seen a few other reports of Turks and others taking up arms (bats etc) to protect they're property in Dalston - Too right..

Not so lucky live in woolwich and work down the road from Peckham. Most of the children I teach live there, I can only imagine the fear they are living in!
