As frustrating as that goal being ruled out is… I kind of think you have to go with the on field decision.

Lino flagged so would be a bold move to over rule and make it stand as Minteh WAS offside…

Doubt they would have chalked it off if Lino had’nt flagged.

It’s no double jeopardy for DOGSO in the penalty area now though isn’t it?
The current rule for DOGSO offenses inside the penalty area is that if the player is deemed to have been making a genuine attempt to play the ball, the penalty kick will be awarded, and the offending player will receive a yellow card, not a red card. If, however, the foul was not a genuine attempt to play the ball (e.g., holding, pulling, or pushing), a red card is still issued.
