THIS THREAD IS OLD. PLEASE SEE THIS THREAD FOR UP TO DATE INFO REGARDING THE AWARDS





Okay, most of you will remember these from last time. There were ten catagories:

Best Newcomer

Best Rival Fan

Funniest Poster

Best Serious Poster

Best Mod

Best Avatar

Funniest Board Rivalry (between posters)

Best Thread

Best Overall Poster

Outstanding Contribution (to NSC) Award

We can either vote on exactly the same catagories again, or we can change one or two of them. Either way, there will be no more than ten awards.
I suggest we get rid of the 'Best Mod' award and the Outstanding Contribution award. No sure what to replace the Mod award with, but I was thinking of a 'Special Mention' award, whereby you can nominate anyone that you think has done something special of memorable in the last few months.

It's up to you lot. I know with a few exceptions (Albion Dan, Stumpy Tim, Simster ) most people will enter into the spirit of things and help make the meet-up that little more interesting.

Leave any suggestions in this thread and a final decision will be made in a week or so, or when I can be arsed.

Safeway, it's not like you invented these silly award things. They've been going on for most of the 7 years I've been a regular on here - and it's f***ing tedious IMHO.

I'm all for meet ups though, at least I would be if I could find the time and money and actually get a pass from the wife.
