Will Slade be asked to Stay?

If Gannon is appointed Albion manager, will Slade be offered the job as 1st team coach?

If Gannon quits his job at Stockport before tomorrow's game then I might be inclined to believe you know something because he wont want to relegate a team he's planning on taking over next season.

Very good point. Can you imagine the uproar if we beat Stockport, and then Gannon prompty quits and comes to us? The relegated clubs will call 'Fix!' and if there has been any contact at all between Brighton and Gannon since he turned us down it would be a very hard charge to refute.

The board started this season being accused of being treacherous backstabbers for the way they shafted Wilkins. I don't think they want to start next season being accused of cheating.

If you also throw into the mix that he's given us permission to play Gary Dicker against his own club it would leave us on very dodgy ground.

Wouldn't not give a straight answer to the question and did his usual waffling on job.

I know for a fact that Russell has sat down with Mr Bloom very recently and had discussions. I don't know the what the outcome was, but here is hoping.
