The season ahead is a real test for Knight. I think it will make or break his career. Another failure at this level and he can look forward to playing 2nd or 3rd division until he retires.
Personally I don't think he has the right attitude to make it.

And to all the Earnie bashers, I think you're wrong. He may look like the love child of Cilla and Ronaldo, but he's a player who might easily succeed in the Primadonna-ship.

Considering h spent almost a third of the season out through injury, I thought Zamora had a decent season in Division One when we were there.

As for Knight, as I say, I feel being somewhere he is accepted and played in position has done him the world of good.

Unlike Andy Campbell, Peter Thorne, etc who set the "Championship" alight last season :nono:

Is that the same Peter Thorne who scored 13 goals in 19 (+4) First Division appearances before injury ended his season?

thorne is a decent player, but not worth the money you spent on him, when you take into account we spent much much less on knight and zamora combined

That's the one LB ;)

No good having a decent striker whose always injured is there? Must be something in the water down there in Wales, as he was pretty consistent when he played at Stoke (in terms of not spending months out injured)
