And it's amazing that out of all those big London clubs only Arsenal (so far) have gone down the stadium sponsorship road.

Because Arsenal are the only one to have built a new ground

Spurs are selling their naming rights when they rebuild, if Chelsea ever move I daresay they will and I can't imagine West Ham are going to be calling their new place the Olympic Stadium. It's far easier to give a new stadium with no history a new sponsor-related name than it is changing an old one, as Newcastle found out
