Thought he had been told that his future lies elsewhere.

He reportedly has, but apparently, so has Harley and he'd been used when needed (three appearances for 90 minutes total, plus an unused sub on 4 occasions).

Desperately unlucky with injuries; from what I've seen I've always been impressed with his touch & awareness.
In pre season he looked sharp & I for one was excited at the prospect of him being given a go and being fully fit. Very good finisher too.
Could well be the unluckiest player we've ever had?

I hope he gets a chance and bags a few goals, because I honestly think he is too good to be going somewhere else. The bloke has been so unlucky with injuries. The odd times I have seen him play he has looked good.

the best game I've seen him play was for brizzle when we won 4-2 over there, and he got 2 great goals.

think he has had long enough, and is to be labelled 'sicknote' from now on.

I think we should be reasonable here.

After all he wouldn't have been out injured if GD had not jumped on him and broken his foot in training.

Sick note? How is getting a bad injury caused by a team mate put in that category?

I could understand a recurring injury but calling him a sick note is ridiculous
