I think he would need THREE more seasons to do it, so taking him up to the sort of age Murray reached in an Albion shirt. I’d love to see him stick around for that long, especially if it means him continuing to perform and avoid injury (for the most part).

He's class and I am not trying to put him down but we just cannot be serious about relying on him as the main option going forward - he's in the last year of his contract and I'd be genuinely (and pleasantly) surprised if he stayed at the club after that in a playing capacity. ....

He is, but we do also hold an option for a further year.
