Will Buckley's birthdate

In this article on Monday, Andy Naylor talks about Buckley celebrating his 23rd birthday this coming Friday (giving a birthdate of August 12th 1988). However, pretty much every resource I can find on the internet (including the seagulls website, on this page, gives his birthdate as November 21st 1989.

Anybody know for sure which is correct?

Old official Watford site profile has Nov '89. Just found last season's Watford FA Cup programme which has a feature on him winning Young Player of the Month, in which it refers to the '21 year old' - being the game was in Jan, he'd still be 21.

Naylor referred to him being 22 when he signed though, so he's clearly working from different information. Very strange.
