James McCarthey is a TOP player. Really really good. The rest of them aren't worth a second look.

McManaman looks decent, but there's something about him I don't like.

No, more his dirty and cynical style. Obviously Haidara of Newcastle, but there is also footage of him trying to cut a City player in half in a youth game - may have been Gai Assulin actually.

Gomez wouldn't make starting 11. Other 2 you mentioned would, McCarthy would, Boyce would, McCarthur would be in with a shout, Alcaraz probably would as well. They've done well with shit all resources. Hope they stay up
