Bloom clearly likes bringing in his own people, dinosaurs like Barry Lloyd are part of how the club used to be run. I've heard nothing but good things about this Stephenson chap, so if he helps make us a slicker, more professionally run outfit behind the scenes than previously then we'll be reaping the rewards soon enough.
