Maybe because he is a Brighton fan and why wasnt it reported weekly that he'd been to the games prior to this season?

Well, there is a reason to put 2 and 2 together at the moment. He has, I believe, just passed his coaching qualifications, we are looking for a new manager. He has definately been at games more frequently recently, and he goes into the boardroom rather than the hospitality lounges recently. In the past he has used the hospitality lounge and bar.

suspect he is the man who is trusted to advise the Blooms rather than just hearing DK's version .............keeping an eye on the investment

He said in an interview a while ago he's been taking coaching badges and trying to get involved in the managing/coaching side of things, So I guess he see's us as a starting point.

Not going to happen. DK is not that stupid.

Yeah having a former international and top former player involved in coaching would be terrible!

Much better employing the Dean Whites of this World :jester:

Have no problem with him being first team coach or just a coach at the club but not manager.

Well, if Ince, Mourinho, Gannon and Curbishley ain't coming, and Stevens has got his coaching badges, maybe not such a bad shout?
