No thank you, mediocre manager in my opinion, tactics and style always very negative. At Withdean this season he proved it, going defensive seemingly unthinkingly considering what a poor side we are at home (or anywhere). When he finally did introduce Pittman they looked like a side that would beat us over 90 minutes. But he just loves 4-5-1 and no goals conceded more than anything else.
