Good, but that's not what I was suggesting.

"which ex Albion players (still playing at a high level!) would you have back in the squad now? All very hypothetical of course, so dont worry about who would have to drop out now."

To make it easier to understand, suppose you could have a squad of as many players you want, with no transfer fees, no wages, no worries about people getting fed up cos they arent playing etc etc etc, which players would you be happy to see in the squad right now.

There's another thread about who we should keep, drop, look at etc IF we go up.

Still none of them, with the possible exception of Ulloa.

I wouldn't replace either of our current centre back pairing for Cooke or Elphick. Barnes hasn't scored many goals above league 1 level, either for us or Burnley, so wouldn't be too fussed about him either. I'd have Ulloa back probably.

A flight of fancy has made me wonder how the Premier League would cope with newly promoted Brighton's attacking options of:-

Hemed
Ulloa
Calleri
&
Bolanos.

Although Bolanos (according to Wiki) is yet to open his account with Grêmio.
It seems Calleri has carried on where he left off last season:-

I can't even remember the other kids name, oh how fickle we are.

Ulloa obviously, would also consider Ward as we need another Leftback.

Kuzsczak would be wonderful to have as we are lacking in competition in goal. Bridcutt, Buckley & Orlandi although would be useful additions to the squad none would make our starting line up.

Texiera would give us a different option
