I think Hart done that last year, I don't think he could accept a much cheaper deal without having to start paying subs each week

I'd be amazed if Kuipers stays. Poyet dropped him and has praised Brezovan throughtout, and I think Kuipers is seen as one of the old guard, and I think will be released.

Virgo, I'm sure will get at least one year. Whether he accept it or not is another matter, as I can't see him playing backup again, but time will tell
