I,m off down the pub later to watch England,s friendly. Interested to see if Kirkland makes a start and makes his dad £100,000!!! He put a bet on at 100-1 when he was 9 stating he would play for England!! He also got his mates to place a bet as well. Sven said he would possibly make a start in the second half!!

They were saying on Sky last night he get 10,000 for his first cap, where did you get 100,000 from ?? I shall be watching the game be good to catch up with Beckham see hows hes doing these days !!!

Tried in vain to get tickets, Ipswich isn't too far from here, but sold out on internet within half an hour. Therefore, probably sinking a few at Cambridge Uni Rugby Club after playing rugby. Have to persuade the egg chasers to put the footie on the telly.

£100 at 100/1 £10k but loads of his family took out a similar bet probably boosting it to the £100k payout
