I think, what the HEALTH AND SAFETY NAZIS wanted to eradicate was the concrete playgrounds of my youth.

And what kind of a moron would suggest that concrete is a great surface for a kids playground?

Incidentally on the subject of letting children be children, it was pointed out to me recently (possibly on here) the sheer number of articles that appear if you type in "all grown up" on the Daily Mail website search function.
