Whoever gave El Abd a contract extension whilst not discussing Forsters. Anyone who tells me that they wouldn't be pissed off in those circumstances is a liar.

Because what ever the discussions - anyone who goes public at a time when you cannot be transferred is simply trying to cause trouble. SO whatever happen previous to this, he is responsible for the state we are in now.

The difference, as I have said previously, is that Adam El Abd is classed as a utility player, of which every club has one and GP has obviously decided that Adam is his choice hence a new contract. NF is one of 6 strikers and GP probably is not sure how Dickenson and Holdroyd will step into NF boots, if they do he will not be offered a contract anywhere near as good as he has, if at all. If they dont he will possibly be offered a new contract.
How can GP make that decision now?

If only the majority of fans had backed Wilkins the same way when he had senior pros making things awkward for him perhaps we wouldn't have been discussing this now and we would be on the climb to the Championship or maybe even in it.
I only hope we have learnt by our mistakes from before the, Manager is the Manager.
